No booking fees
In high season (July 3 – august 28) the change-over days are the Saturdays. Outside the high season change-over-days are the Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Total amount has to be paid 1 month before arrival.
Security deposit 150 € in cash. Payable at arrival and returned if all requirements are met.
On the day of arrival you are welcome in your accomodation from 15.00 hour. We ask you friendly to leave it before 10.00 hour on your departure-day.
After your departure we will clean your accomodation for you. For this we charge 35 €.
As a standard your bedlinen is available in your accommodation. For this we charge you 15 € per person per week. If you desire you can collect clean bed-linen once a week.
We also have childrens-cods and chairs available for 10 € en 5€ per week.
*note: prices for all our accommodation is based on 4 persons. For every extra person we’ll charge 40 € per week.
Our accomodations are smokers-free en we cannot allow pets inside.
cancellation conditions
Cancellation more than 2 months before arrival: refund of your down payment, subtracting 25 euro administration fee.
Cancellation more than 1 months, but less than 2 months before arrival: your down payment will not be refunded.
Cancellation less than 1 months before arrival: we will charge you for the whole booking period
We consider shortening your stay as a partial cancellation. We will charge you for the period you originally booked.
