  • Booking fees  : 15 Euro

  • Down payment 100 € at reservation on our bank account at Banque Populaire. Restpayment at your arrival. Please mention name and dates of reservation.

  • Pets are allowed outside the high-season period

  • We rent tabletop fridges for 35 euro per week

  • The total amount for the reserved period should be paid at arrival. No refund for early departures or late arrivals.

  • We advice you to subscribe a cancellation assurance.

  • Booking fees : 15 Euro

  • In high season (June 30  – august 25) the change-over days are the Saturdays. Outside the high season change-over-days are the Wednesdays and Saturdays.

  • Down payment 30% at reservation on our French bank account:

    Total amount has to be paid 1 month before arrival.

  • Security deposit 200 € in cash. Payable at arrival and returned if all requirements are met.

  • On the day of arrival you are welcome in your accomodation from 15.00 hour. We ask you friendly to leave it before 10.00 hour on your departure-day.

  • After your departure we will clean your accomodation for you. For this we charge 45 €.

  • As a standard your bedlinen is available in your accommodation. For this we charge you  15 € per person per week. If you desire you can collect clean bed-linen once a week. We charge 15 Euro extra per set.

  • We also have childrens-cods and chairs available for 10 € en 5€ per week.

  • *note: prices for all our accommodation is based on 4 persons. For every extra person we’ll charge 40 € per week.

  • Our accomodations are smokers-free en we cannot allow pets inside.
      

cancellation conditions

  • Cancellation more than 2 months before arrival: refund of your down payment, subtracting 25 euro administration fee.

  • Cancellation more than 1 months, but less than 2 months  before arrival: your down payment will not be refunded.

  • Cancellation less than 1 months before arrival: we will charge you for the whole booking period

  • We consider shortening your stay as a partial cancellation. We will charge you for the period you originally booked.
